TRAINING AT FRANCHISE HQ

​ You'll arrive in Dunedin, FL approximately 3 to 4 weeks before your store will open its doors where you'll be trained in our own "training store" at Big Frog University in the following areas: ​
  • The Big Frog brand
  • Sales
  • ​Marketing
  • Operations: office policies, employee management, and inventory management
  • Point of Sale hardware and software
  • Introduction to Corel and designing a simple t-shirt
  • Printer hardware and software including maintenance
  • Additional decorating methods









 

ONSITE TRAINING

Onsite training is focused on customer service, support and workflow, and production. Your on-site trainer will begin with the most important aspect of Big Frog Custom T-Shirts... Our Superior Customer Service! ​ The trainer will teach your employees our special store tour that will immediately put your customer at ease with our retail process. As customers walk in during your soft opening week, the trainer will work with your employees on perfecting the "tour" and processing orders.

The trainer will then instruct you and your employees on optimal work flow. Our workflow includes artwork approval, inventory management, printing and packaging. ​​ Our trainer will take your employees through printing different items and standard equipment maintenance protocols.

When our trainer leaves, you and your employees will be confident with our Big Frog system of operations. However, if you ever have any questions, the Big Frog team is only a phone call away.
